About the Role
The Project Evaluator for our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) grant is responsible for ensuring the programs implemented through the grant meet certification criteria and maintain fidelity to evidence-based practices. This position plays a critical role in developing systems for data collection and tracking, performing actual data analysis, and reporting on progress and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data collection systems to track various initiatives and compliance measures required by the CCBHC grant, including NOMS data, IPP data, quality assurance measures, and fidelity to evidence-based practices.
- Design and implement a comprehensive CCBHC strategic evaluation plan and a CCBHC data plan, including collaboration with other teams and leadership as necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate data collection and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop data collection protocols and instrumentation necessary to conduct in-depth studies.
- Present evaluation findings and provide updates on clinic-level data to Comprehensive Healthcare, National Council, and SAMHSA.
- Attend grantee calls and meetings as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the CCBHC model of care for integrated behavioral health systems and national outcome measures specific to the grant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other behavioral health field. Master's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in population health and statistics.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with data-gathering techniques and technology.
