Job Title: Executive Director of Operations

Job Summary:

The Executive Director of Operations will be an administrative leader with primary responsibility for performance improvement across Kittitas Interactive Management (KIM). This position will be an integral part of ensuring high-quality, efficient, and client-focused operational support is provided to the entire company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute the Operations team.
  • Advises the Administrator on the organization's operational performance, partnering with VP, Finance for marrying financial and operational performance goals and results.
  • Provides leadership and vision for organizational impact and performance. Implement an operations-wide performance-based culture.
  • Oversee the initiation, analysis, maintenance, communication, and records required by Kittitas Interactive Management (KIM) for the Therap reporting and documenting.
  • Initiate direction and goals for new revenue plans while working with the administrator and executive team.
  • Formulate, implement, and communicate strategies and plans for outside revenues and goals in an effective manner.
  • Develops assessments post-implementation to reflect the success of the goals.
  • Assess all subordinates in operations and identify where performance improvement plans and development plans are required.
  • Develop standard expectations and approaches to staff's operational expectations on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Provide goal-oriented direction to subordinates; assist with problem-solving as need arises and notifies individuals promptly when adjustments or problems are perceived.
  • Attend promptly to the administrative details of the position, including the signing of documents, preparations of analysis and reports, completion of performance appraisals, and other employee-related actions.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of project activities for results and outcomes related to strategic goals.
  • Work collaboratively and promote positive relations with delegates, vendors, external stakeholders, and other departments and committees as assigned.
  • Plans, oversees, and operationalizes achievement of KIM's mission through capture of select opportunities in key markets.
  • Assist direction of Kittitas Interactive Management with executive team and other team members across the organization.
  • Communicate with Executives, directors, and managers about implementation processes and deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Implement workflow improvements within the agency to provide responsive and efficient service to KIM.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Administrator, providing regular input and informing him/her of ideas and suggestions.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with employee matters. Always treat employee information carefully and privacy.
  • Be honest with all KIM parties, providing them clear, complete, and factually driven information.
  • Ensure centers' leadership teams are utilizing resources in the most effective and efficient way to positively impact client care.
  • Respond promptly and considerately to the needs of all stakeholders, knowing and using cross-selling techniques to fit current and potential needs.
  • Actively listen and appropriately respond to all stakeholders.
  • Represent KIM in a courteous and professional manner in attitude and appearance and behave ethically either at work or outside your work environment.
  • Communicate and reinforce organizational culture and values.
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust to changes in company policies, procedures, and priorities.
  • Initiates, facilitates, directs, and builds new and existing client and partner relationships.
  • Represents KIM to clients, partners, and external entities.
  • Build an innovative and high-performance team with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ensure Kittitas Interactive Management is a valued partner to our clients in achieving their priority goals.
  • Drive value for the client, designing solutions informed by client needs.
  • Execute internal audits to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Influence KIM's compensation plan, work with the Administrator and Executives to analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation strategies and policies to ensure the recruitment, development, and retention of KIM employees.
