What are we looking for in a Project Evaluator?
The Project Evaluator for our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) grant is responsible for ensuring the programs implemented through the grant meet certification criteria and maintain fidelity to the evidence based practices. Developing systems for data collection and tracking, performing actual data analysis, and reporting on progress and outcomes are primary functions of this position. Experience in population health and data-gathering techniques are essential to the Project Evaluator role. Although we prefer the Project Evaluator to be on-site in our Yakima office, this role is also open to remote work. This is a grant-funded position expected to continue through September 2027.

Project Evaluator duties include:

developing systems for collecting and tracking data for the various initiatives and compliance measures required by the CCBHC grant, which includes NOMS data, IPP data, quality assurance measures, and fidelity to evidence based practices designing and implementing a comprehensive CCBHC strategic evaluation plan and a CCBHC data plan, including collaborating with other teams and leadership as necessary monitoring and evaluating data collection and quality improvement initiatives developing data collection protocol and instrumentation necessary to conduct in-depth studies presenting evaluation findings and providing updates on clinic-level data to Comprehensive Healthcare, National Council, and SAMHSA attending grantee calls and meetings as needed demonstrating knowledge of CCBHC model of care for integrated behavioral health systems and national outcome measures specific to the grant

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other behavioral health field. Master's degree preferred. Prior experience in population health and statistics Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with data-gathering techniques and technology
