Centralized Production Technician

As a Centralized Production Technician at Health Direct Inc Defunct, you will be responsible for accurately entering medication orders for various facilities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Enter patient profiles and medications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate information for patients and facilities
- Bill and credit facilities appropriately and accurately each month
- Assist in new home setup and implementation across the region
- May be required to travel to individual homes for meetings or drug exchanges
- Assist in orienting and training new employees
- Work with the billing department to oversee the completion of individual unbilled reports
- Assign daily unbilled reports
- Maintain and demonstrate top-tier data entry production as determined by the Regional Manager of Operations
- Help manage outside services that impact Health Direct customer service
- Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of service
- AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or related field
- National PTCB certification
- 2 years' experience as a pharmacy customer service technician for Health Direct required
- Previously demonstrated top 5% data entry performance metrics
- Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician (Vermont Employees)
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Broad knowledge of medications and physician orders
- General computer and keyboarding skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation$21.27 an hour
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
