  • Supervise and manage cash handling operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, variances, and other financial issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve financial operations, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial operations and customer service.
  • Provide training and guidance to cash handling staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of company funds, assets, and sensitive information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling, financial operations, or a related field; supervisory experience a plus.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial software, systems, and procedures a plus.
Working Conditions

The work environment is moderate, with occasional exposure to noise, stress, and pressure to meet deadlines. The employee must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, and have excellent dexterity of hands and fingers to use computers and handle cash and cash equivalents.
