Job Opportunity

Bluegrass Orthopaedics is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Lexington, KY.

The successful candidate will oversee the clinical staff and collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and support clinical staff at multiple locations.
  2. Assist the Director of Clinical Operations with projects and day-to-day operations.
  3. Contribute to the hiring and training process.
  4. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Associate's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of management experience in an outpatient clinic setting.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Leadership and organizational skills.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Knowledge of EMR/PMS systems, Microsoft Office, and OSHA regulations.

Standards and Expectations:

  1. Understand and adhere to the Bluegrass Orthopaedic Employee Manual.
  2. Complete annual compliance training and educational programs.
