Job Summary

Red Mile Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cash Handler to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Count, verify, and document all monies in and out of the main bank, cash cage, and auxiliary outlets.
  • Prepare and process bank deposits, increases, and exchanges.
  • Consolidate transactions on a per-shift basis and maintain the appropriate level of funds at the cage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous cash handling experience required.
  • Supervisory experience a plus.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and demanding, with moderate noise levels. The employee will be required to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods. Excellent dexterity of hands and fingers is required to use computers and handle vouchers, cash, and cash equivalents.
