About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Benefits & Payroll Specialist to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering employee benefit programs, processing semi-monthly payroll, and ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage benefit enrollments, terminations, and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and tax information.
  • Collaborate with HR to coordinate new hire orientations and benefits onboarding.
  • Reconcile payroll and benefits deductions, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required by management.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
