We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Regional Maintenance Supervisor. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a team of maintenance specialists within a designated area of our facility. The primary responsibility will be to maintain the functionality and dependability of equipment while managing maintenance expenses and energy consumption.
This role is vital for achieving our operational objectives in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that safety protocols are prioritized and adhered to at all times for both personnel and equipment.
- Implement maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality.
- Develop and execute maintenance plans, including effective responses to equipment failures and proactive maintenance to enhance reliability.
- Continuously analyze maintenance outcomes to optimize intervention effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Manage maintenance costs effectively, focusing on operational efficiency, energy use, and spare parts management.
- Utilize the Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) principles to enhance reliability.
- Address equipment obsolescence and ensure reliability through appropriate resource allocation and training.
- Foster team development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance management is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving team performance.
- A technical degree is advantageous, though equivalent experience is also valued.
- A willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment is required.
- Proven ability to develop team members through effective coaching and the establishment of growth plans.
