Job Summary

As a Field Compliance Inspector, you will conduct field inspections to ensure adherence to the TPDES General Permit, serving as the liaison between Greenrise and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Field Inspection:
- Conduct daily inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with stormwater regulations.
- Maintain communication with clients regarding any compliance issues.
- Liaise with State, County, and City officials on specific compliance matters.
- Report daily concerns or needs to the Inspections Manager.

Administrative Duties:
- Adhere to established procedural and protocol systems to ensure the accuracy and quality of reports generated in the field.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Inspections Manager, Compliance Department, and Accounting on internal procedural matters.
- Coordinate with Field Operations Manager and field personnel to address issues and submit work orders.

Vehicle and Equipment Management:
- Oversee the vehicle provided, ensuring general maintenance and current registration.
- Communicate any major issues to Management and manage tools and equipment within the vehicle.

Installation Tasks:
- Install BMPs/signage and perform repairs on-site as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials once approved and maintain the ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year of construction experience (preferred)
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and report writing capabilities
