Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Design and control manufacturing processes, including documentation and instructions.
  • Apply data-driven decision making to reduce cycle time, costs, and ergonomic risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD solid modeling tools, such as CREO/ProE, and/or simulation tools.
  • Experience with Manufacturing/Enterprise Resource Planning (MRP/ERP) tools and systems, such as PRISM/SAP.
  • Familiarity with standard material handling practices and Electrostatic Discharge mitigation requirements.
