Operations Coordinator

Operations Representative
Cargomatic is seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless shipment operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective communication through various channels.
- Perform daily operations for customers, including tasks assigned by the Customer Success/Operations Manager.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and meet key performance metrics.
- Own the improvement and upkeep of weekly account data metrics and other key SLAs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and new initiatives to support customer growth and engagement.
- Develop and implement processes to transfer daily tasks to offshore support staff.
Requirements:
- Recent college graduate (1-3 years post-graduate experience).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable customer support and satisfaction skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts and technology.
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize daily tasks.
