Overview
As a Key Holder, you play an essential role in our retail leadership team. Your primary responsibility is to assist the store in achieving excellence in sales, customer service, and operational efficiency. You are a results-oriented leader who is passionate about driving sales and mentoring our sales associates to become experts in customer service and product knowledge. Your commitment to creating delightful Brand experiences for our customers and recognizing outstanding team performance is vital.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Leadership: 30%
- Enhance business outcomes by optimizing daily sales strategies and productivity objectives while improving key performance indicators through proactive coaching on the sales floor.
- Exhibit a proven track record of success in achieving sales and KPI targets, while also motivating the team to reach collective goals.
- Foster effective collaborations with team members, the Store Manager, and corporate partners through consistent communication and teamwork.
Sales and Customer Service: 40%
- Exemplify company sales expectations and actively cultivate customer loyalty through proactive engagement.
- Encourage engaging customer interactions by sharing your expertise in cooking, baking, or entertaining.
- Utilize training resources to enhance personal and team product knowledge, improve sales techniques, and meet business objectives.
- Achieve personal sales and KPI targets.
Operations: 30%
- Conduct essential operational tasks, including cash handling, reporting, price adjustments, merchandise management, and opening and closing procedures.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and manage inventory control processes.
- Adhere to plans, directions, and schedules while responding swiftly to the evolving needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain mobile and walk on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Additional Qualifications
- A genuine passion for cooking, baking, and entertaining.
- Experience in specialty retail.
