Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at L'Oréal Luxe. As a Keyholder, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and individual targets
  • Provide superior customer service, ensuring a best-in-class experience for all customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
  • Execute short- and long-term plans to achieve sales goals and support the store's business strategy
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation, including product and brand image
  • Deliver training to new store employees and provide guidance on customer service standards
  • Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools, and customer service standards
  • Utilize resources to eliminate roadblocks and drive process improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
  • Prior key holder experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required
