Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome all customers and team members, actively engaging with athletes to assess their needs and enhance their shopping journey.
2. Ensure that all merchandise received is processed according to established guidelines, maintaining an organized backroom for easy access to products in collaboration with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
3. Uphold company standards for merchandising and presentation, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
4. Assist in unloading trucks, processing freight, and executing transfers, RTVs, claims, and freight processing as required.
5. Deliver a customer experience that aligns with our service level standards by completing all tasks efficiently.
6. Follow established safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures, ensuring confidentiality of all company information.
7. Foster an inclusive atmosphere where all customers and teammates feel valued and respected.
8. Collaborate with the team across various store functions, adopting a flexible approach to support operational needs.
9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, operations, or customer service is preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly.
• Capability to work for extended periods (up to 4 hours) while standing or walking.
• Comfort working at heights greater than 4 feet using ladders or aerial devices.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
