Essential Qualifications:

Experience in an administrative setting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

ROLE OVERVIEW
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile property tax documentation and dispatch to relevant authorities.
- Digitally scan and categorize Property Tax invoices.
- Digitally scan and categorize property tax assessment notices.
- Utilize PTMS Software to allocate Tax bills to collector accounts and assets, and produce payment files for Accounts Payable.
- Communicate with tax authorities to gather details on invoices, including assessed values and payment amounts.
- Manage incoming mail and direct it to the appropriate recipients.
- Identify urgent items and ensure they are routed correctly.
- Provide additional support to the team as required.

Required Skills:
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and data entry.
- Capable of managing a high volume of transactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Excel and data entry is essential. Intermediate skills (Formulas, VLOOKUP) are highly advantageous.
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate is preferred.
- An Associate's degree in business or finance is a plus.
