Job Description
As a Medical Front Office Coordinator at CENTER FOR DERMATOLOGY, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our medical team. Your primary duties will include handling administrative tasks, performing clinical tasks, communicating with insurance companies, and escorting patients to exam rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our medical team.
  • Clinical Support: Assist with clinical tasks such as preparing patient charts and collecting lab results.
  • Communication: Communicate with insurance companies and patients to ensure accurate billing and appointment scheduling.

Requirements:
  • Education: A minimum of a BA degree.
  • Experience: Previous experience in healthcare administration or related fields.
  • Billing Knowledge: Familiarity with medical billing procedures.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
