Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hybrid Office Administrator to join our team at Serigor Inc. This role involves providing administrative support, including report development, editing, and coordination of meetings and events. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year.

Key Tasks
  • Develop, draft, write, and edit reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents in support of client requirements.
  • Interface with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, records, and files; provide end-user support; and perform general administrative duties.
  • Assist in budgetary, billing, and financial management.
  • Prepare and/or maintain systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods, including user reference manuals.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-5 years of experience in administrative support
