About the Role

As a Service Staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their visit. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals in a timely manner, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect accurate payment from guests and ensure the guest check and method of payment are precise to safeguard both the client and the business from errors.
  • Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations.
  • Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties.
  • Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough understanding of all goods, services, and facility operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
  • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired.
