Responsibilities Include:

  • Understanding project management to document and execute processes effectively.
  • Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures at the box level.
  • Participating in on-call rotations, effectively communicating with clients to identify issues and respond appropriately.
  • Conducting basic site surveys, including location assessments and documentation.
  • Training and mentoring others to achieve similar competencies.
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining various systems, including:
    • BDA systems; installation and operational verification.
    • IP-based camera systems; configuration and testing.
    • Mobile communication devices; programming and testing.
    • Two-way communication systems; including mobiles and base stations.
    • RF interference testing and identification.
  • Understanding and applying safety protocols related to tower work and equipment.
  • Utilizing basic test equipment independently for troubleshooting.
  • Researching and obtaining necessary information for system repairs.

Tools and Equipment Used:

  • Digital Volt Meters, service monitors, IP cabling testers, and other relevant testing devices.
