About the Role:

Our organization is in search of enthusiastic and articulate Customer Support Specialists to assist our valued clientele in a contractual role. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering outstanding service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will encompass addressing inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer communications via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and ascertain their needs.
  • Research and deliver precise information regarding our offerings.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues while adhering to established protocols.
  • Promote relevant products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude consistently.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
  • At least one year of experience in a customer support role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Solid computer and technical skills.
  • Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • A positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
