Nurse Educator Opportunity at LifeBridge Health

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Educator to join our team at LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland. As a Nurse Educator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Emergency Department and the Education Resource Center.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will design, develop, implement, and evaluate education programs based on adult learning principles. You will work collaboratively with nursing leadership and clinical nurses to support nursing professional development and competency. Your expertise will be leveraged to elevate nursing practice in service line and hospital-wide initiatives.

Requirements
  • Seasoned professional knowledge, equivalent to a Master's degree, with knowledge in more than one discipline.
  • Bachelor's in Nursing required, Master's required or enrollment in a Master's program within 2 years of hire.
  • National Certification required (Nursing Specialty, Nursing Professional Development or ASTD).
  • Previous education/teaching experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Emergency Department RN experience.
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License, American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
