Job Title: VP of BPO Sales

Outsource Consultants LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP of BPO Sales to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with BPO partners and clients
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and qualify leads
  • Manage sales pipelines and track progress towards goals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns
  • Provide sales training and coaching to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the BPO or Call Center outsourcing industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong relationships with BPO partners and clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software
