Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Leader to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a current, valid Alaska RN license with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. With a minimum of two years' experience in a nursing management role, they will be well-equipped to lead our team and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients and their families throughout the healthcare continuum.
  • Foster a culture of quality and safety, ensuring that patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information related to patient care.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and technical expertise in addressing complex patient needs.
