Medical Director for Mental Health Services

We are seeking an exceptional Psychiatrist to join our team as a Medical Director for Mental Health Services.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hiring Range: $256,313.89 - $358,839.44 per year
- Pay Range: $256,313.89 - $410,102.22 per year
- No State Tax
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $30,000
- Sign-on Bonus: 15% of Base Salary
- CME Allowance: 5 days plus additional support
- Student Loan Repayment Program through NHSC and ISH
- Annual Base Increase: Up to 5%
- PTO: Over 400 hours paid out if not used, plus 13 Federal Holidays
Responsibilities and Facility Details:
As a Medical Director for Mental Health Services, you will lead a team of mental health professionals in providing high-quality care to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
The day program blends integrated behavioral and primary care services with a structured environment, focusing on trauma, daily living circumstances, group, individual, family, and couples therapy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BC or BE (out of residency/fellowship)
- Experience working in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
