Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to oversee the care of residents in our transitional care center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for supervising team members and coordinating referrals to other healthcare professionals.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. As a Nurse Leader, you will serve as the primary point of contact for resident information and provide clinical interventions to support their well-being.

Educational Requirements

  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program

Required Qualifications

  • An active Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • A National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six months of nursing experience in a healthcare facility (acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation center)
  • Supervision and leadership experience
