About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to support the executive of our Power Management Division. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, program management, marketing, operations, and metrics analysis. They will be responsible for:
- Operational Excellence: Coordinating and driving processes, managing staff meetings and agendas, and providing solutions to the GM of PMD.
- Strategy Development: Leading strategy planning processes, creating content, and managing program management capabilities.
- Representation and Communication: Representing and speaking on behalf of the SVP of PMD in meetings, preparing materials, and managing program management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and technology, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
