Job OverviewFamily Building Blocks is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthy Families Lead Worker/Home Visitor to join our team in Salem, OR. As a key member of our supervisory team, you will oversee home visitors, provide direct support to families, and ensure services are delivered in alignment with Healthy Families America standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise 2-4 home visitors and provide guidance on best practices
  • Conduct home visits to support families in creating a positive home environment and promoting healthy child development
  • Develop and implement training programs for home visitors to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and support families in accessing community resources

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in human services or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in home visiting, family support, and early childhood education
