Renewal by Andersen is on the lookout for a Consumer Finance Lending Advisor to enhance our 2nd shift and weekend operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in facilitating our sales initiatives by guiding customers through the process of obtaining secondary financing solutions across all Esler Cos Renewal by Andersen locations.
Your responsibilities will include assessing customer credit profiles and aligning them with suitable third-party lenders to secure effective financing options. Additionally, you will serve as a vital support to the sales team, ensuring that financing deals are approved by lenders and accepted by customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales process by efficiently securing secondary financing to meet homeowner lending requirements.
- Oversee financing alternatives available to homeowners and prospective clients.
- Engage with customers and project consultants to gather necessary credit information.
- Deliver training and oversight to the sales team regarding the company's credit and finance policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the formulation of consumer finance policies.
- Monitor software to ensure accurate reporting of sales activities by representatives.
- Identify and analyze violations of credit policies, providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage the processes for collecting customer financial information and fulfilling lender conditions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally on a daily basis.
- Work primarily in an office environment, with extended periods of sitting.
- Availability for nights and weekends is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of credit lending practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A college degree or equivalent experience in finance is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer credit lending or unsecured loan processing is required.
