Caregiver Recruitment Coordinator

Caregivers make a difference in the lives of others every day. At Comprehensive Care, we believe that our Recruitment Coordinators play a vital role in supporting these caregivers by ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality care.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $55,000 and $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates for open positions
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborating with schedulers and sales teams to ensure adequate staffing and communicate effectively with caregivers
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be familiar with computer software applications and have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
