Talent Acquisition Specialist

Comprehensive Care, a fast-paced home care agency based in Chattanooga and Nashville, TN, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day recruiting, interviewing, placing ads, sourcing candidates, hosting hiring events, making job offers, and coordinating with schedulers and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interviewing candidates through in-person, virtual, and phone screenings
- Placing and updating job ads on various platforms
- Sourcing qualified candidates through referrals, online platforms, and other channels
- Hosting hiring events and career fairs
- Making job offers and negotiating salaries
- Coordinating with schedulers and sales teams to ensure adequate staffing
- BUILDING strong relationships with caregivers and other employees
- Documenting daily activities and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with computers and software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
