We are seeking an experienced Infusion Nurse II to join our team of clinical professionals dedicated to providing high-quality infusion services to patients in need. In this role, you will work closely with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet each patient's unique needs.

  • Coordinate and provide direct patient care to patients in their homes or alternate infusion suites, ensuring patient safety with continuity and compliance under a physician's plan of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care provided, including documentation of patient progress, medication administration, and education provided to patients and families/caregivers.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team conferences and precept junior nurses, providing training and mentorship to ensure patient safety and compliance.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $34.26-$57.11 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
