Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a positive and engaging customer experience by providing exceptional service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by promoting products, managing visual merchandising, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management, Associates, and customers to ensure seamless execution of store operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
