As a Guest Services/Front Desk Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our resort locations. Your leadership skills and passion for hospitality will empower your team to exceed guest expectations and create lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide expert guidance on guest check-in and check-out procedures, analyzing reports to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate room inventory and administer schedule adjustments to meet guest, associate, and financial requirements.
  • Develop and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Support customer service standards that directly communicate reservation flag information.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor, and train staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as excellent hospitality service skills.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs, including property management systems.
  • Comprehension and literacy for analyzing reports.
  • 1 year of supervisory or management level experience.
  • 1 year of hotel, timeshare, or hospitality service experience.

Compensation: Generally starting at $23.00 per hour, with the actual hourly rate based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
