Housekeeping Supervisor

We're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our guests, and we're looking for a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our resorts and hotels meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and inspect the work of Housekeepers and Housemen to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Implement and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure cleanliness and quality levels are consistently met.
  • Support Loss Prevention and safety standards procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and associates.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Resort Leaders to ensure proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.
Requirements:
  • One year of related housekeeping experience required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • One year of hospitality customer service experience preferred.

Generally starting at $21.50 - $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
