Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service is essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly methods and practices.
  • Proficient in electrical and mechanical diagnostics, with the capability to utilize electrical testing tools, including multimeters and soldering devices.
  • A proactive problem-solver who is self-motivated, efficient, goal-oriented, and well-organized. Strong interpersonal skills and a history of delivering quality service are crucial.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical assembly diagrams.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and testing of electronic components and systems.
  • Familiarity with stepper motors, proximity sensors, AC & DC motors, and motor control systems, along with knowledge of industrial controls, contactors, and relays.
  • Experience in the assembly, startup, and testing of small machinery, including components like bearings, bushings, motors, and drive systems.
  • Experience with Micro-Controllers and PLCs is advantageous.
  • Technical writing skills are a plus.
  • Field service experience is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Physical capability to lift and/or transport equipment as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
