Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Access Coordinator to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and receive staff members, clients, and visitors in a professional manner, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling of conference rooms, appointments, and meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general clerical assistance, including data entry, filing, and preparing packages for mailing.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Experience: Required
  • High School Diploma: Required
  • Comfortable with Phone Calls and Greetings: Required
