Job Summary:

As a Patient Access Representative with Della Infotech, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our staff, clients, and visitors. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner, addressing concerns and transferring calls as needed.
  • Greet staff members, clients, and visitors, announcing their arrival to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
  • Process, sort, and distribute mail in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Oversee the scheduling of conference rooms and provide backup support to executive assistants as needed.
  • Prepare packages for mailing and receive/distribute mailings from various express mail services.
  • Provide general clerical assistance and maintain a directory of corporate and subsidiary leadership.
  • Clean up after meetings, including loading dishes into the dishwasher and storing leftover food items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Comfortable with phone calls, greetings, processing, mailing, and cleaning.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Open to temporary and temporary-to-permanent applicants.
