Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle from conception to retirement
  • Develop Market Requirement Definition (MRD) and Product Requirement Definition (PRD) documents

  • Provide technical sales support and product demonstrations to clients
  • Establish pricing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Create sales tools and materials to bolster sales initiatives
  • Develop a comprehensive budget plan for product success
  • Educate the sales team on product updates and features
  • Act as a leader within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience in the smart grid or utility sector
  • Technical expertise in wireless communication networks and protocols
  • Experience in the utility market with a track record of successful product launches
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Previous documentation examples demonstrating effectiveness

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000 annually.

The provided salary range is subject to geographic differentials and individual qualifications.
