CPCS is seeking a Director of Social Work to lead our Social Worker and Parent Advocates department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, leadership, and advocacy. They will oversee the department, provide supervision and training, and work closely with the CAFL leadership team.

The Director of Social Work will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the CAFL Social Worker and Parent Advocates department
  • Providing supervision and training to Social Workers and Parent Advocates
  • Working closely with the CAFL leadership team
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Recruiting and hiring staff Social Workers

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client-directed representation, experience working with diverse populations, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in social work or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with diverse populations
