- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic accounting and computer skills.
The Front Desk Associate will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and frequently walking, sitting, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
