Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality nutritional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for residents
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and provide recommendations for dietary changes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents receive appropriate nutrition and care
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on nutrition and wellness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition from an accredited institution
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) license from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Current license as a Registered Dietitian with the Ohio Board of Dietetics
  • ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
  • Two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare environment
  • Experience in menu planning and development, food cost control, and dietetics
