Essential Functions- Conduct thorough physical exams, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests as needed to assess patient health.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Prescribe and monitor medications, adhering to state and University guidelines.
- Participate in research initiatives and educational activities to enhance patient care and professional development.
- Engage in quality management, data collection, and performance improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
Nurse Practitioner:
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Active Ohio APRN license with prescriptive authority.
- Board Certification in a relevant nursing specialty.
- Three years of nursing experience, with additional experience depending on specialty.
Physician Assistant:
- Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Active Ohio Physician Assistant license with prescriptive authority.
- Certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
- Minimum one year of experience, with additional experience depending on specialty.
