About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Membership Policy Manager to join our Walmart+ Business and Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable frameworks, policies, and governance for our membership program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for membership eligibility, benefit eligibility, and fraud prevention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, modify, and ratify policy and enforcement requirements.
  • Communicate policy changes and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with key stakeholders in legal, compliance, and business to ensure consistent policy and enforcement approaches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams on embedding policy principles within developing products and programs.
  • Ability to travel when business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in developing policies and mitigation strategies for fraud, abuse, and scam prevention.
  • Experience in risk management, policy development, and fraud and abuse mitigation capabilities.
  • 2+ years working in a Trust and Safety function for a technology-based company.
