Job Summary:
The Medical Assistant II is responsible for providing basic clinical support to healthcare providers in the ambulatory clinic setting. This role requires collaboration with the practice team to ensure efficient and effective operations while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for provider visits by performing basic clinical duties.
- Work collaboratively with the practice team to maintain efficient operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and medical information.
- Abide by practice policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience providing direct patient care.
- Medical terminology required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience providing or assisting direct patient care.
