We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
Key Responsibilities- Lead shifts and ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure that the team is meeting targets.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.
- Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast-paced environment.
You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
