- Clinical Operations
- Oversee the development and implementation of care plans that meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of residents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Employee Engagement and Development
- Lead employee connections and development initiatives to enhance staff engagement and retention.
- Provide coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve resident outcomes.
- Education and Experience
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) registered within the State preferred.
- Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Proven organization and communication skills.
- Ability to work successfully through complex situations (ability to problem solve).
This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
