Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and create tailored treatment plans for individuals facing communication challenges related to speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
  • Design and implement personalized therapy programs aimed at restoring and enhancing communication abilities.
  • Supervise clients as they engage in assigned activities.
  • Recognize the need for interdisciplinary referrals to address the comprehensive needs of clients.
  • Track client progress and compile detailed reports.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License or Certificate.
  • PDE Certification required.
  • Proof of professional liability insurance.
  • Experience working in a PreK-8 educational environment.
  • Valid Driver's License, along with proof of registration and insurance.
  • Must be able to pass state and federal background checks and obtain necessary clearances.
