About This Role

We are seeking a skilled RN Progressive Care Specialist to join our team at Corewell Health Trenton Hospital. As a member of our Progressive Care Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to patients with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical equipment
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months
  • 1 year of experience as an RN in the ICU preferred
