Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Shift Lead Progressive Care to join our team at Corewell Health Trenton Hospital. As a RN Shift Lead Progressive Care, you will be responsible for providing direct oversight and supervision of all on-line unit processes, including staffing and scheduling changes, patient care issues, and employee concerns. You will also be responsible for ensuring consistent flow of patients through the department and allocating resources in response to codes and other emergencies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct oversight and supervision of all on-line unit processes
  • Ensure consistent flow of patients through the department
  • Allocate resources in response to codes and other emergencies
  • Handle employee issues and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Associates in Nursing Required
  • Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
  • 2 years of relevant experience in nursing
  • MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire
  • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required within 6 months
